Doctor was good. But office staff isn’t doing the job. He recommended next appointment in 3 days to schedule surgery quickly before break heals in wrong position. Fair enough. But office staff won’t release request to PCP request for insurance authorization quicker than 5 to 7 days. THEN pcp needs time to process. Lord knows how much time will go by before all the authorizations are done, i’s dotted and t’s crossed treatment can happen. Sometimes you have to expedite paperwork, but this office doesn’t seem to think that’s possible. I hope I’ll make my next appointment- but I think it’s likely I’ll have to reschedule. But ALL the medical care was EXCELLENT.
