Dr Thatcher is the best. Very thorough. Doesn't rush you, answers all your questions, has a sense of humor. His staff is very pleasant. Plenty of parking easy access to 495, and 125, ground level for handicapped accessibility. I highly recommend Dr Thatcher.

I had to ask several times for my CT results and even then, just an administrator called me back and could not answer any additional questions I had. Also the results were completed Tuesday and the call was Friday morning.

Very accomodating. Dr Thatcher was a good listener and I was able to get many questions answered. He scheduled a hearing test done at the same time with immediate results & consult following the test. This avoided a second appointment I had for it next week.
