Wonderful doctor

She was on time with no wait. My appointment took 30 minutes. I have had to wait over an hour to see the doctor several times. I know people who have stopped using her for that reason.

I love Dr. McLeod she’s so very nice and she cares about her patient’s well being. I highly recommend her.

Dr. McLeod brings a common-sense approach to medicine, takes time with her patients and puts them at ease. The best!

Dr. McLeod is one of the few doctors I've found that takes the time to listen to my concerns. However, the time she takes with each patient causes great delay in when you get called back vs your appointment time.

Have been with her through much of my life. I’m not in network with my insurance but I can’t see myself seeing another doctor.

Dr. McLeod is the best in Mobile. She takes time with you and genuinely cares. I feel lucky to have her as my primary.

Dr McLeod has taken care of me for years! Despite my weight issues I have never felt shamed by her or judged like I have with other providers. She helps me with all of my medical needs and has been there through the loss of my father.

Dr McLeod listens to you as a patient. I have had concerns and she was able to set me up with other physicians that were able to diagnose my issues.

Only thing that could be improved is the wait time. For some reason it can take an hour or two before you're seen

I have no idea , I never saw her after a 1/12 hour wait. I was told there was still one more patient before me when I decided to leave.

Fine doctor but wait time sucks.

Uncaring. Extremely long wait times. Dr McLeod suggested I take ibuprofen for pain when I'm being treated, per her referral request, for a possible peptic ulcer, from taking TOO much ibuprofen!

The wait is ALWAYS hours long. She is always behind. Wait 2 hours in the waiting room. Wait 20 to 30 minutes in the exam room. Only to spend less than 10 minutes with the doctor. I've decided to find another doctor.

Was already 2.5 hours behind on clinic and I had my toddler with me.

I have never been a big fan of doctors, they rarely care, and many times make you sound crazy or like you are shopping for medication, and most of all they want to get you in and out, are not very personal, and make you feel like you are just a number, and they have many patients to see and need to get you in and out as fast as possible. While I know this is a business and a doctor cannot stay in the room with each patient for an hour, I still think many could just act like they really cared, even if deep down they did not. However Dr. McLeod I absolutely LOVE!!! I can not say enough good things about her!! She has always made me feel like my health was a top priority to her, and my peace of mind was important to her as well!! I got her name from a friend/co-worker of mine when I said I was looking for a primary care doctor after moving to West Mobile. And she single handedly has changed my outlook on doctors, and now I know there are still some good doctors left out there!!!

I arrived at 7:50am my appointment was at 8:15am but I didn’t get called to the back until 8:50am the wait time is awful

The only shortcoming is the wait time.

Dr. McLeod always listens to what you are experiencing, then offers recommendations for finding the problem or fixing the problem.

She’s a great doctor but there’s always a 2 hour wait to see her. That’s why 3 stars

Dr. McLeod is an excellent physician and everyone in the office is wonderful. It takes too long to get an appointment with her (I had to wait a month for the first available) and the wait time at the office is very long.

Dr. McLeod is the best! She is very attentive and thorough when listening to and addressing my health concerns.

Dr McLeod is very thorough and shows she has the best interest of her patients. She explores all avenues of treatment that help ensure the health of her patients.

Dr. McLeod is relaxed, attentive, answers questions without rushing, and offers clinical suggestions while still allowing the patient to determine his or her plan of action.

Wonderful doctor. I have been a patient for a year and a half I was diagnosed with high blood pressure and diabetes. 6 months later I was clear from both and feeling much better.

My appointment was for 11:00. I waited 30 minutes. There were people who had been waiting since 9:00 that were just going back to see the doctor at 11:30. I already waiting 45 minutes. I just had to reschedule.

9/10 but wait time could be improved

Always stays on top of my medical care. Makes sure my test results are read fast so that whatever changes are needed can be done promptly In order for me to improve.

Didn’t seem to have read my chart or even know why i was there. Didn’t actually examine me for my checkup exam. Asked me one question & after I answered it, left the room and ended the appointment then & there. I wouldn’t recommend her to my worst enemy, even they’d deserve more tender & attentive care from a PCP. I’ll be telling everyone I know to never see Dr. McLeod. I had to take more time off work to recover from that absolutely ridiculous appointment. I was denied a cardio referral after telling the doctor I had been in the ER for a cardio event less than a month ago.
