Was called back almost immediately. Waited in exam room for 50 minutes and never saw doctor McLeod. Had to leave to be able to make another appointment. Waited in waiting room over an hour 2 prior appointments. While I like her and believe she is a very knowledgeable doctor, my time does not seem to be valued at all at this practice. Also, this appointment was a follow up that had to be rescheduled almost a month after the original follow up because she was not able to make the original.

When I first started with McLeod she was great spent time with you and knew why you were there. Now she makes you wait at least an hr if not longer and then spends only a few minutes with you and has no clue why you are there. She doesn’t review your chart beforehand. It’s very frustrating when you have to tell the dr that you have already spoken to them about the issue and what she told you last time.
She’s nice and willing to get to the bottom of things but only spends 5-10min with you and after waiting 1.5hrs AFTER my appt time is just unacceptable. I was also there another day with someone else who was seeing her and the wait was 1 hr 15 min after that person’s appt…it’s just not ok
I love Dr McLeod but my appointment today was at 1:45 and at 3:20 I had not even been called back yet and still 2 more ahead waiting to be called back. I had to reschedule for that reason
