Dr. Kronen was thorough and explained different options for my ganglion cyst. He is also funny and as someone who gets nervous for appointments like this, it was nice to have witty banter to calm my nerves.

If I could give this doctor zero stars I would. I have been a part of Midwest orthopedic with my whole family for probably the last 10+ years. I have only had great experience with this practice.. The bedside manner from this doctor was unacceptable and disrespectful . I had to walk out of the office. I was bringing in my 80-year-old mother that had fallen that has been in an emergency room a hospital stay and currently in a rehab center. So needless to say we have been through a lot in the last two weeks.We had a 320 appointment that we were there 25 minutes early. He walked into the office there was no introduction no asking questions, no interaction besides you need surgery. Basically they were telling us why it took us so long to get in. She’s gonna need surgery. Let’s take this cast off. Let’s go get x-rays. We’re gonna have to do surgery tomorrow. That is only half the story.
