He was my wrist surgeon 3 years ago and due to my Mom living with me w/alzheimers, I went close to home. Big mistake and I am so glad I came back to Dr Kronen for a 2nd opinion. He’s the Best and I feel safe in his care.

I am not sure why it should cost $100 for a wrist strap, unbelievable how you charge this much I could have went on Amazon and got the same piece of material with 2 Velcro straps for about $30 Shame on this company
I’m sure he’s great but I did fill rushed and as if my concerns were not truly heard. He seems very overwhelmed and although you will wait 45 minutes to see him he will spend 10 minutes accessing you even as a new patient. I would not recommended him or MidAmerica Orthopaedics.
Dr Kronen was very to the point, explained what was happening with my carpal tunnel. He explained in steps what was needed for my relief.
Dr Gary Kroger was very patient. Explain ed what l had and how he was going to remove fatty ciss.

The Doctor was professional and helpful. I was pleased with the treatment.
I was not comfortable having conversation with this doctor. During conversation he seemed agitated and impatient with me when I responded. Like I should just listen to him but he did not want to listen to me. It felt like he didn’t want to be bothered with me and had better things to do than to help me.
