I liked the patience and time that he took to explain my situation.
I visited Dr.Kronen for a second opinion regarding a hand injury, but my experience was disappointing. The doctor seemed more focused on the fact that I was pregnant rather than addressing my injury. They claimed they couldn’t do anything because of my pregnancy, without exploring alternatives or providing solutions. To make matters worse, no treatment plan was offered to help me manage my injury. It was clear they hadn’t taken the time to review the notes from my previous doctor, and they showed little interest in my concerns. The appointment felt rushed, and their dismissive demeanor left me feeling unheard and uncared for. Overall, I left the office feeling like my time was wasted and that my injury was not taken seriously. I would not recommend this doctor to anyone seeking thoughtful and thorough care.
