Dr Goldberg is great. The wait time is not acceptable without being notified until you get there. I had a 2 hour delay from my 1:15 appt time. I take time off from work to be there at a set appt time. I can understand 30 min delay but when it gets to 1:40 min I should be notified by text. All the reminders are texted for upcoming appts. Delays should be as well

Dr Goldberg is a very good and well respected Urologist. His staff, however. Is the reason I could not give him five stars? I had an appointment last Wednesday at 3 o’clock and upon arrival I was told there was an hour and a half wait. When I expressed my dissatisfaction, not being notified Denise, who is i the office Manager. Told me that this is how the office operates and maybe I should find a new doctor. I need to talk to Goldberg where of the inappropriate behavior. Last year when I had my biopsy, Denise also told me that she would not release my medical information until after my consultation with Dr Goldberg, which is a violation of my rights. He told me that’s the protocol for the office, but honestly protocol does not override my patient rights. I believe the staff needs to be retrained as doctors or retrained with new techniques and procedures with the advancement in medicine. The staff also needs to be sensitive to what the patient is going through.
