Dr. Brown is a kind, compasionate, upbeat, and knowledgeable doctor. However, I feel that my appointments are rushed and I usually leave with questions. I wish the reasons for prescribed medicines and procedures were better explained to help me understand and feel more comfortable. Everyone in the office has always been very helpful and kind. I am also seen at or very close to my appointment time so that is always nice.

Calm, happy lobby. Check-in desks manned by professional, friendly staff. PAs efficient, explained each thing they did, listened to answers and questions, were warm and kind. Dr.Brown is a great listener, has perceptive questions, is great at explaining heart issues in layman’s terms, and keeps a positive tone flowing in the exam room. I was a new patient, having moved from another state. He had studied everything he could find in my medical history to see if he needed to be prepared to help me immediately with an issue, or just get me established with a new Cardiologist. My visit with this office was the best. I highly recommend Heart Specialists of Sarasota and Dr.Garrett Brown.
