From the front desk where you are checking in to nurse that walk to the exam room and take your vitals and update your chart. These individuals were quite pleasant and listen to what you have to say. Dr. Green listened and was very polite as well as interested in what you had to say and focus on what you need to do and present necessary testing that needs to be done to ensure my health into future. The appointment was a consult and not what I was expecting. I felt like more should've been done but understand this was apart of the process. I was not given any paperwork with my problems listed on them while seeing the doctor. I asked the lady who was checking me out to give me the name of the prescription the doctor was calling in for me and she was surprised that it was not given to me. The lady printed out my papers and there were terms that I did not understand so I had to research them when I got home. I think these terms used to describe my problems should have been discussed with me by the doctor.
