I based this rating on 2 separate parts…Bianca performed the exam she made the exam fun..it is meticulous but she was up beat…enjoyed her job Dr Frank showed up 20 to 25 mins after the exam had another person with him he did not introduce himself or his colleague…

He has always been very good at checking my eyes and asking how I am doing otherwise. He has been my eye doctor for many years to come. I had an eye infection and he got me the right prescription and it healed up right away.
