Appeared distracted with other doc in the room. Asked about my music which told me he had me confused with someone else as I play no music. I had told the nurse that my right knee still hurt and Dr Ochsner thought it was my left knee that was the problem. Spoke of knee replacement and gel injection but settled on waiting a month for another shot. I left with far more questions than answers and he never inquired about my feet or my neck which could all be related together. Loved my first visit with him but very unsettled after yesterday’s visit.

This was my first time seeing Dr.Ochsner and I loved it. His bedside manner was awesome and he was very down to earth. I would definitely recommend. I also love the staff there he had an awesome nurse that came in before him and in that short time with him I was very pleased. Barber is amazing! Even while helping someone else she made sure I was okay during the wait. I also observed how patient she was with a kid and it made me smile. Front desk ladies are very nice also I hate I didn’t get their names but Kuddos to all of you guys there!!

Good attention to detail

I felt like he really didn't want to care for my disabled adult daughter. He never ask me to take her out of her chair so that he could examine the hip that was dislocated. He made me feel like doing anything for her would be a waste of time because of her disability and because of the issue she's had in the past with one of the surgeries his words "no one would even touch her". In my opinion it wasn't very professional I felt like it was a waste of my time my daughter's time and obviously his time. I'm sure he's probably a really good doctor but that's not the experience that I had with him.

I even told him he was making yeh same mistake that was made 7 years ago and he still decided to yet again try the same thing. Prescribed me medicine for pain but said he “thinks” I’ll be okay taking it with my other meds. I “should” be ok

Dr. Ochsner did an AWESOME job during my visit on today. He re-evaluated my knee and decided that we should take other steps instead of doing surgery. I was really nervous about the needles, but he took his time and talked to me and my husband to help get my mind off the needles. It wasn't as bad as I thought it would be.
