Friendly, effective, and spoke so I could understand the process.
I liked him- very straight forward and pleasant to talk to. I did however felt extremely rushed not sure if it’s because it was the clinic side. I was hoping to actually look at the X-ray and MRI to see further what was all going on and trying to find an actual root cause to the trouble, I like in depth knowledge to my health. I have an extremely high deductible and felt good they did not pressure me to go above and beyond at this time and gave me some good options going forward with the promise that if I have further issues I can come back. I hope if I do have to come back that the visit is much more comprehensive. I do have a scheduled PT so that should help and hoping to be able to ask more questions there especially about onward mobility and pain management if it comes back. If I do have issues I know I can come back and have been provided other shot solutions which could be a good fit.
