Gabrielle Grundy, MD

Dr. Gabrielle Grundy, M.D.’s passion for Obstetrics and Gynecology stems from witnessing her own family members face reproductive health challenges. Born and raised in a small town in Kentucky, she pursued her medical degree at the University of Louisville before completing her OB/GYN residency at Mercy Hospital in St. Louis.

After practicing in Kentucky for several years, Dr. Grundy took time to explore her love of travel while continuing to provide care in rural areas across the U.S., addressing physician shortages in underserved communities. When the pandemic curtailed her travels, she transitioned to Las Vegas, where she served as an OB-Hospitalist before joining MyOBGYN.

Dr. Grundy’s practice focuses on caring for women through all stages of life, with a particular interest in adolescence and perimenopause. She believes in the power of active listening and patient education, ensuring every patient feels informed and empowered to make the best decisions for their health.

Outside of work, Dr. Grundy enjoys staying active, reading, and planning her next travel adventure. She is excited to bring her compassionate, patient-centered care to the vibrant Las Vegas community.
