I didn't like his attention, he didn't even tell me what he was going to do, and he did it too fast, it only took ONE MINUTE and I had to ask him what I'm going to do with those burns and almost outside the door he told me the instructions just because asked. I also burned a spot on my skin that I did not want to do, this Doctor lacks patience and that he treats us better.

His support staff are also excellent; also exercising a caring and competent manner in their interactions with GMG patients. I have been a GMG patient since 1992 and very much appreciate the care I have received over the years from GMG physicians such as Dr. Urrea-Botero, Dr. Andrew P. Ortega, Dr. Ghans and Dr. Silva.
