Dr. Galan received his medical degree from Barry University School of Podiatric Medicine in Miami Shores, FL. He served as chief resident during his residency training at Westside Regional Medical Center in Plantation, FL.
When not practicing medicine, Dr. Galan enjoys working out, watching and playing football, and spending time with his family. Traveling for medical purposes is also a passion of his, noted by his previous medical mission work in the Amazon, Peru, Dominican Republic and Yucatan Peninsula. Dr. Galan is a personable, passionate doctor that truly cares for his patients. He is extremely experienced in wound care. If one treatment is not affective, he will not waste time and try another cure. When there was progress he was just as excited as I was… a true professional that I highly recommend. 😘
