Dr. G. Keith Berry is a Board Certified Ophthalmologist. After completing his undergraduate degree at Lipscomb University, in Nashville, TN, he attended Duke University School of Medicine, where he received his medical degree.
He then completed his Medical Internship and his Ophthalmology Residency at the San Antonio Health Sciences Education Consortium. Dr. Berry served in the United States Air Force as a primary care physician while training as a fighter-jet flight surgeon. Dr. Berry served three years as an F-15 flight surgeon before entering surgical training. Since completing his ophthalmology residency, Dr. Berry served the Air Force as an ophthalmic surgeon and consultant. As the Chief of Surgical Specialties of Keesler Medical Center, he combined ophthalmology and otolaryngology efforts to provide comprehensive reconstruction services for wounded veterans. His final assignment was as lead surgeon and Director of Refractive Surgery Services serving all Army, Navy, Air Force, Marine and Coast Guard personnel in the Southeast.
