Dr. Marciano is everything you look for in a surgeon and more - his technical skills are excellent. His caring and compassion are genuine. He answers all questions and makes sure you understand all that is being discussed
He took time listened, and reviewed my progress / current status offered great feedback- answered all questions and scheduled follow up.

Skilled, personalizes care and great follow up. I woke up from surgery pain free, and with the exception of stiffness, I have remained pain free. Be prepared to do PT, and home exercise program for best results. I highly recommend Dr. Marciano. He is simply the best!

Greatest experience!!! I am fully grateful that Marciano was there specific Saturday I fractured my neck on the bike. If I knew the route as Marciano knows his craft the fusion would not have been essential. The journey towards recovery was made possible by the Staff at Barrow Brain and Spine. Thanks for saving my life as I know it. If miracle powers to love, encourage, help and heal those not as fortunate are present in the future…I would love to be volunteer to help others.

He is very informative and takes his time to talk to patients and explain. Does not make you feel rushed.
Dr Marciano is the first doctor that I had the pleasure of visiting who methodically reviewed all of my neurological concerns and then very clearly explained why I was experiencing each concern. While I definitely have some pretty servere conditions, he did not recommend surgery since, at the moment, I appear to be managing. He did, however explain future conditions that may warrant his attention. He is a warm and easy person and a pleasure to talk to.
