Greatest experience!!! I am fully grateful that Marciano was there specific Saturday I fractured my neck on the bike. If I knew the route as Marciano knows his craft the fusion would not have been essential. The journey towards recovery was made possible by the Staff at Barrow Brain and Spine. Thanks for saving my life as I know it. If miracle powers to love, encourage, help and heal those not as fortunate are present in the future…I would love to be volunteer to help others.

This was my initial visit with Dr. Marciano to discuss
He is very informative and takes his time to talk to patients and explain. Does not make you feel rushed.
Dr Marciano is the first doctor that I had the pleasure of visiting who methodically reviewed all of my neurological concerns and then very clearly explained why I was experiencing each concern. While I definitely have some pretty servere conditions, he did not recommend surgery since, at the moment, I appear to be managing. He did, however explain future conditions that may warrant his attention. He is a warm and easy person and a pleasure to talk to.
He is patient with his patients and just exceptional!!!
Absolutely an incredible communicator. Dr Marciano explained his assessment more clearly than any other doctor whom I have seen in years. He also recommended and charted a recovery path that gives me strong confidence that I can heal and regain my health.
Dr. Marciano is the best neurosurgeon in the world. He makes the most difficult and complex procedures seem routine. I would go nowhere else for spinal surgery.
