Six years ago, I had the first MRI on my neck. The diagnosis was severe spinal stenosis. I went to see six neurosurgeons. Dr. Marciano was the last, the other six said, “surgery tomorrow!“ Dr. Marciano said,”let’s wait and see if you develop any neck related problems“ I haven’t and I am very grateful that I didn’t act on the recommendations of the other six surgeons!!
