Dr Dery had reviewed the notes and was ready to address my pain, including a new recommendation paper
My first visit, was seen by Dr.Dery. I must say that good strong hand shakes are a good thing of character, however, he practically crushed my hand when he introduced himself. Then I kinda felt like we didn't even talk about my feet and he didn't really inform me of anything else other than what a nutritionist would have told me of what foods to eat and what not too.Depends on my diet and what i eat. Dr. Dery did prescribe me a new medication so we will see if this helps. I understand that I have nerve damage, but he basically told me in a nice way that the insurance i have was not going to cover what I needed to help me for the future unless I went through PT again for the same things that I have already tried before and didn't help. Im sure he's a excellent doctor. I just was not impressed with the visit.
He's a great doctor. He explains everything very well.
Dr Dery made me feel comfortable with referrals for my care. He was very thorough and explained my case and treatment in a way I could understand.
