Dr Levy has been my ENT for almost twenty years, and I will not go to any other practice and any other doctor. He always listens intently, goes over my history and when he asks questions of me, he makes eye contact and listens intently. He will repeat what I’ve said to ensure he understood what I said. Dr Levy’s diagnoses are spot. Dr Levy performed my Balloon Sinuplasty in 2006 and it helped me so much. I sure hope he is not looking to retire anytime soon, because I’ll be lost.

Excellent experience

I have seen Dr levy multiple times with my kids over the last 11 years. He has completed multiple surgeries. I came in yesterday with a problem with my daughter not being able to hear. Months of her being in tears because of her school grades. He assured me she would likely pass the hearing test. The audiologist noted on the hearing eval my daughter does have hearing loss. I was not happy with him either as he accused my daughter of lying. But he wanted us to talk with Dr levy again before we left. I guess Dr levy didn’t want to be bothered with us anymore because the audiologist told us to leave. We had a second opinion today with an audiologist in Charlotte that did multiple objective tests that did confirm that my daughter has hearing loss and needs hearing aids. I know I was not there for a possible procedure to make them money, but I would advise them to not to brush off a parent who knows something is not right.

His very gentle, profesional and very nice. I love my Dr.Levy.

Great bedside manner quick and easy appointment to set up my daughters tonsillectomy.

Very cordial and respectful. He remembered a previous surgical encounter over eight years ago, and promptly set things in motion for my upcoming surgery. Even this late in the year, my out of pocket expenses are meet and I wanted it done within this calendar year. It's scheduled for the first week in Dec.

I am confident in the doctors technical abilities but deeply disappointed in the lack of compassion. What may be commonplace for his experience can be unique and frightening for a patient.

He asked you questions and gave you his analysis and let you know options of what to do next and then we can go from there. Very polite and to the point, which I like.

Our first words set the mood is was When I told him that I was looking for a new doctor's that MIne is a money hungry idiot and he said Dr costner is his friend And he not he is a good doctor so it went quick from there on in and after I showedl I was using neo synephrine that was the root cause to all my issues which it's not because I benn using it her and there for Years and my nose has never look nothing but normal I think this New stuff at work am breathing in is doing it That's when my nose swollen up and I got lock jaw from grinding my teeth which is my ear issues and he physically seen on my throat but I wanted him to look at my sinus areas and passages and ear passages I how I have More issues depper in but he never looked but I 99'% SURE I have issues ma be holes. I JUST Feel I offended him about his friend so That's why he short talked it and ended without using the machine that was set up for me. So know I will have to do this again and I will talk about his pay the g

I usually do not leave comments. I feel the visit that we experienced -(my 3 year old granddaughter and I )was absolutely worth mentioning. Our visit was the very worst experience that I have ever had anywhere. With the exception of two very kind ladies that I know God placed in our path on this day. We were there for my granddaughter’s appt. Dr.Levy was a jerk! He was quick to cut you off and begin talking while I was talking. Very rude . I do not feel that he really even heard my concerns. I was informing him of a medication ( steroid) that her pediatrician has her on and he cut me off and said let’s stay on track. As if I was rambling/ wasting his time -about something not pertaining to the situation. Once I repeated the part where he cut me off informing him that she is currently taking a steroid in her nebulizer ( which I had to fill out before we even went back)then he proceeded to say , oh I see why you were telling me???? Are you kidding me? Not again.

He is very knowledgeable and always thorough with every visit. I always look forward to seeing him.

Just try to listen to my problem. I don’t like to go to doctors unless I have to go. The issue I have is very frustrating.

He was kind of rude, didn't really introduce himself. He downplayed the symptoms I was feeling, after the appointment the symptoms came back until I resolved my own issue. When I go back to this doctor unless I absolutely had to on an emergency basis.

Dr. Levy is a straight shooter and gets right to the point. I took his advise and did the allergy immunotherapy drops and it has miraculously changed my life. I recommend anyone who has severe allergies to give them a try.

Dr. Levy forgot to call in my medicine ( lotion) for my ears.

Not good with kids. Made me feel bad for having squirmy children with me who have already been waiting for a long time to be seen. Was not very informative or friendly. Seemed rushed and not taking my questions seriously. Also someone needs to tell him to update his professional picture if he’s going to have dyed hair and overly tanned skin in person. Also you shouldn’t do an infant hearing test after waiting for over an hour for an appointment. She had no capacity to sit still for the test at that point. It was a waste of time and not a good baseline assessment
