I would like to say Dr.Pence is one great doctor & he cares about his patients.

After Dr. Pence was done he said Kim be here in a minute hang tight. Waited over 30 minutes, no Kim I went out of room found a nurse, she checked with someone said could go

My (decades long) experience with Dr Pence is always outstanding. Dr Pence’s nurse, Kim, is so friendly and efficient - she makes the visit comfortable from the beginning. Dr Pence is knowledgeable and professional, yet always takes ample time to address any questions or concerns I might have. While the circumstances surrounding my visit might not always be pleasant, I always enjoy the interaction with Dr Pence and his staff and leave feeling very confident in the care I’m receiving at his practice. I highly recommend Dr Pence at Carrollton Orthopaedics (Ortho West)!

He is a very kind man and he cares about his patient I was scared about the injections in my back but I felt like I could trust him I would recommend him to anyone also his nurse I liked her alot she seemed to care about people one in particular but I want name that person but you dont meet many people like her these days

Listens and spends time discussing the options we have available to treat the orthopedic issues involved in my Cushings Disease and we develop our treatment plan together. Thankful to have Dr. Pence and his willingness to work with me to provide me the best quality of life I can have at the final stages of this disease.

Dr. Pence helps me tremendously with my pain. I have an extremely huge history after being run down by a car. He treats what’s wrong not just dose me full of meds but treats the issue. Love him.

Doctor is thorough about history and current condition. He also wants knowledge about you— not just another number.

He explains things so that you know what’s going on and he’s direct and to the point i like him and his nurse is amazing also

Dr. Pence is the best Orthopedic doctor. He has really helped my middle part of my back and shoulder and neck pain. He suggested Acupuncture and so far it has worked.

Had my mom come to his office after seeing another doctor there, who had prescribed pain killers and muscle relaxers. Poked her a little and scheduled an MRI for the next week, with a follow-up a week after that. Her pain? Just live with it; it ain't hurting him.
