Doctor Franklin Chen is one of the best doctor ,he is soft spoken ,he explain everything he does,and he made sure the patient understands their treatment that they are receiving. He is gentle ,kind. If you have issues with your hand Dr.Chan is the best doctor to go to. He performed carpal tunnel surgery on both of my hands and I never have another sleep less night caused by the pain I use to have before the surgery. God bless Doctor Chan in all that he do . He answered my questions but very inattentively. The nurse however answered most of my questions and addressed my concern. The doctor looked occupied with thoughts around probably something personal or next/previous patient. He looked in a rush and answered 3rd question of mine walking out the door. When someone come to the facility hoping to get their questions answered, it’s the least a doctor can do. Whether the condition is treatable or not, they should answer all questions the patient have and not rush them to get rid of them. Not satisfied!!!
