I felt that Dr Rowan was a bit judgmental and insensitive when I shared with him my sensitivity to radiation. He stated that such a thing was absurd and unheard of, and that I would get just as much or more radiation sitting in front of my tv. I refuse the radiation and I also watch very little tv. He scheduled me for physical therapy.

Did not see Dr Rowan. Saw Eric Phillips PA. He was very thorough and did not recommend more than PT and anti-inflammatories, which I was VERY happy with! Also asked me to schedule followup if pain is not resolved in 6 weeks.

Friendly, caring, knowledgeable, and concerned about patient's well-being and out-of-pocket costs. I went from being barely able to walk for a week to walking almost normally by the end of the day of the visit.

Experience makes a difference. Options and procedures were explained, questions I had were discussed mostly in our informational conversation without me having to ask. Dr. Rowan has repaired my torn rotator cuff in the past. Trust is something he has earned.

Didn’t see Dr Rowan but a PA instead.

It saddens me to give this rating. Because Dr. Rowan is a very good surgeon. I feel with his full schedule he gets overwhelmed and stressed. But there's no reason to take it out on your patient. The first few times he was short with me. I just let it go as a bad day. This last time for a Doctor to talk down to you every time you ask a question is very unprofessional and disrespectful. All I ever wanted was his help and knowledge.

Although I didn’t see Dr. Rowan for this particular visit, I did see his PA, Eric, and I would definitely extend that 5 star rating to him! He took his time going over my MRI result with me, discussing my options, and putting a steroid injection into my knee. Couldn’t have asked for a kinder more professional experience.

Rowan and he asked me how can I help you I’ve been going to this facility since July 2021and now they tell me that I have to lose weight for knee replacement surgery because my BMI high you could’ve told me that in July 2021 the assistant also said that it’s a requirement that the insurance ask for So I called my insurance and it’s not a requirement this was the worst experience that I’ve ever had at a doctors office

Very Professional,took time to explain the situation

Fantastic surgeon. He took on my issue when other surgeons were unable or unwilling to help me. He is thorough and knowledgeable. He also takes the time to explain what is going on.

My surgeon referred me to Dr. Rowan and had spoken to him prior to my arrival. He not only acted like he had no idea about that he made me feel that I was wasting his time even being in his office. He then proceeded to try the scare tactic by telling me that if I had the surgery I would get an infection and lose my leg. When that didn't work, he then told me to go to the bariactric clinic to get a sleeve done. His PA was embarrassed and I was embarrassed for him. I have never been treated so unprofessional in my life. He took one look at me and assumed that I was fat, uneducated and lazy. He had NO answers for me! He didn't even suggest PT or strengthening exercises. I am overweight and I know it. I look in the mirror every morning. I can lose weight and if I choose to it will be done the good old fashioned healthy way, not by some drastic surgery that we all know doesn't work half the time. I will not return to this clinic, nor would I ever recommend it to anyone else.

I was seen by his PA Eric. Eric has given me 2 knee injections and each visit I was treated well. He explained the procedure and he talked about anything I asked of the procedure.
