Very satisfied with Dr Rowan an associate been a patient there for years

Dr Rowan is always pleasant and attentive with me. He's patient and listens! He answers all of my questions and makes sure I understand by explaining in medical and layman’s terms. Thank you Dr. Rowan. I also appreciate his PA Eric.

Doctor doesn't treat patients as individuals but instead goes by percentages which works, well like percentages until the outlier comes. Prior conditions and even medications were ignored, as per intake form. During vist Dr had an intern see me with out my permission. During visit doctor only referenced percentages of outcomes. When I brought up having aids since 1996 he didn't even flinch. Also no mention of concerns about medication I take as listed on intake form, as the doctor only looked at percentages. The doctor prescribed pt which will only aggravate my injury due to ignored medication and chronic disease. Finally the Doctor "whispered" in front of me instructions to intern on when to send it up a level to next Dr. Totally rude Dr with so much confidence and authority he doesn't need to treat patients, just collide and go by percentages.

Dr.Rowan and his staff are excellent and are very polite and professional and the PA’s that work there are excellent as well

I felt that Dr Rowan was a bit judgmental and insensitive when I shared with him my sensitivity to radiation. He stated that such a thing was absurd and unheard of, and that I would get just as much or more radiation sitting in front of my tv. I refuse the radiation and I also watch very little tv. He scheduled me for physical therapy.

Did not see Dr Rowan. Saw Eric Phillips PA. He was very thorough and did not recommend more than PT and anti-inflammatories, which I was VERY happy with! Also asked me to schedule followup if pain is not resolved in 6 weeks.

Friendly, caring, knowledgeable, and concerned about patient's well-being and out-of-pocket costs. I went from being barely able to walk for a week to walking almost normally by the end of the day of the visit.

Experience makes a difference. Options and procedures were explained, questions I had were discussed mostly in our informational conversation without me having to ask. Dr. Rowan has repaired my torn rotator cuff in the past. Trust is something he has earned.

Didn’t see Dr Rowan but a PA instead.

It saddens me to give this rating. Because Dr. Rowan is a very good surgeon. I feel with his full schedule he gets overwhelmed and stressed. But there's no reason to take it out on your patient. The first few times he was short with me. I just let it go as a bad day. This last time for a Doctor to talk down to you every time you ask a question is very unprofessional and disrespectful. All I ever wanted was his help and knowledge.

Although I didn’t see Dr. Rowan for this particular visit, I did see his PA, Eric, and I would definitely extend that 5 star rating to him! He took his time going over my MRI result with me, discussing my options, and putting a steroid injection into my knee. Couldn’t have asked for a kinder more professional experience.

Rowan and he asked me how can I help you I’ve been going to this facility since July 2021and now they tell me that I have to lose weight for knee replacement surgery because my BMI high you could’ve told me that in July 2021 the assistant also said that it’s a requirement that the insurance ask for So I called my insurance and it’s not a requirement this was the worst experience that I’ve ever had at a doctors office

Very Professional,took time to explain the situation

Fantastic surgeon. He took on my issue when other surgeons were unable or unwilling to help me. He is thorough and knowledgeable. He also takes the time to explain what is going on.

My surgeon referred me to Dr. Rowan and had spoken to him prior to my arrival. He not only acted like he had no idea about that he made me feel that I was wasting his time even being in his office. He then proceeded to try the scare tactic by telling me that if I had the surgery I would get an infection and lose my leg. When that didn't work, he then told me to go to the bariactric clinic to get a sleeve done. His PA was embarrassed and I was embarrassed for him. I have never been treated so unprofessional in my life. He took one look at me and assumed that I was fat, uneducated and lazy. He had NO answers for me! He didn't even suggest PT or strengthening exercises. I am overweight and I know it. I look in the mirror every morning. I can lose weight and if I choose to it will be done the good old fashioned healthy way, not by some drastic surgery that we all know doesn't work half the time. I will not return to this clinic, nor would I ever recommend it to anyone else.

I was seen by his PA Eric. Eric has given me 2 knee injections and each visit I was treated well. He explained the procedure and he talked about anything I asked of the procedure.

He found out what was the problem with my Knee when no one had found it. I sure do operate his good work.

I was disappointed as I had an appointment with Dr. Rowan but the PA is the only one I saw. They should have told me that when I made the appointment that morning.

Dr Rowan is a perfect doctor.

I say terrible because I never saw him, only the PA. The PA said the doctor was coming in and he didn't. You would think your first visit he would come in to meet you. Your relationship with a doctor is important and this did not set a good tone.

In all my appts, this doctor never examined me. All he did was order tests and read results. He was never prepared for my appts. He read results as I was in the exam room. At the end he told me he didn't know why I was suffering.

Great experience so far! Dr. Rowan speaks to me honestly and clearly. Tems what I need to know to make the best decisions available to me. Not one of those docs who makes my choicesconfusing, or who has one hand on the doorknob while dealing with me.

Dr. Rowan and staff are very compassionate and knowledgeable. They take the time needed to talk to patients and explain clearly. Dr. is a great surgeon.

Excellent surgeon! He has replaced three hips for me. After my last hip replacement I was walking with no walking aids after 4 days.

Dr. Rowan was great, as well as all of the staff who helped me. My only concern was the wait time. I was late to another appointment because of the wait time.

Loved the Delta plan for knee replacement. Dr Rowan and PA were excellent.

Was very displeased with my follow up appoiment. I explained my discomfort and was told that everyone takes pain differently.

So professional..a lovable teddy bear.

Dr. Rowan took time to show mw xrays, why I needed surgery and the showed me the actual replacement used. I as very please as he also explained what to expect after the surgery.
