Loved him. He listened and gave me my options. Stayed neutral and then I pushed for the surgery and it went so well. 3 weeks post pin removal I have almost full range of motion. Love this doctor. He's very educational and ensured he answers any questions. Thank you Dr. Raia!

Dr. Raia has been caring for patients at The CORE Institute since 2007. Dr. Raia’s primary surgical procedures include carpal tunnel release, treatment of tendonitis and arthritis, and hand trauma including fractures and lacerations of the hand and wrist. His primary clinical focus is in treating common hand and wrist disorders and conditions.
Dr. Raia continues to stay active in the medical community, holding membership with the American Society for Surgery of the Hand and the American Academy of Orthopaedic Surgeons. He has been on the membership committee for the American Society for Surgery of the Hand for a number of years. He is also a part of the Hand, Upper Extremity and Microsurgical Fellowship faculty at the University of Arizona – Phoenix.
Dr. Raia earned his fellowship education from C.V. Starr Hand Surgery Center at St. Luke’s – Roosevelt Hospital in New York City. He attended Columbia University Medical Center for his residency program. Dr. Raia graduated cum laude from Princeton University.
