I am very disappointed with my experience at The CORE Institute and Dr. Frank Reyes. I wish I can tell you more but review only lets you document 1000 characters.
I scheduled this appointment for a new hand issue after waiting two months. The office was aware of my prior carpal tunnel and trigger finger surgery at Ortho Arizona, as well as my previous visit to CORE Institute.
Dr. Reyes spent less than a minute with me and said he could not help without prior records. I explained this was a new issue and records could be sent, but he did not examine my hand or ask questions and told me to return to Ortho Arizona.
I expected at least an evaluation, but I felt dismissed and that my time was wasted.
They are still billing my insurance. I have spoken with the office manager, who is escalating the issue, and I have also reported it to my insurance. I am requesting a refund of my copay.

No hassles took x-rays and checked my hand and said we would start with a shot. Asked if i had any questions In and out very quickly. Stated the shot should resolve the issue.

Didn’t listen to my problem, just focused on what he had to say. It did not relate to my disease, condition nor an actual resolution to an acute problem that’s getting worse. A complete waste of time and effort, as well as disappointing in hopes to get help.
