My first and hopefully will be the last for a Specialist who was not willing to give treatment options other than Surgery.

My experience was definitely not a good one. Dr. Raia told me what was wrong before I could explain. When I tried to explain my history with arthritis and prior surgeries he spoke over me and was very short with me. I asked a question about what he was saying and he literally threw his hands up to his face to make me feel very stupid. I didn’t know what to do so I left because I couldnt get a proper answer regarding the injection he was giving me. I went to the ladies room and googled my question and got the answer. I then went back and said I would like to get the injection as I was in so much pain. He continued to belittle me. I asked if maybe another doctor should do the injection since he appeared to be very upset with me. I ended up getting the injection from Dr Raia as it would have meant starting over with another doctor and I was in a lot of pain.
