Dr. Frank Iannetta, M.D., is a dedicated family physician whose journey into medicine began at age six, when he was granted special permission to check out a book on the human brain from his local library's adult section. His childhood family doctor inspired him and has since fulfilled his dream of practicing in his local community.
He earned his medical degree from Robert Wood Johnson Medical School after graduating from Rutgers University. He completed both his internship and residency at Mountainside/UHMC Hospital in Montclair, NJ, where he also served as Chief Resident.

After nearly three decades in practice, he is now a partner at Changebridge Medical Associates, treating generations of patients. His approach is rooted in understanding the interplay of genetics and family history to provide more effective treatment. He is known for being a good listener and for explaining medical concepts in simple, understandable terms.

When he is not working, Dr. Iannetta tends to his collection of 15,000 comic books and enjoys spending time with his family. He and his wife have two biological and four adopted children and are former foster parents. Dr. Iannetta is also an assistant scoutmaster for Boy Scout Troop 72 of Parsippany, a member of the Risk Management Committee for the Patriots’ Path Council, and was honored with the 2016 Boy Scouts of America Good Scout Award.
