Never met Dr Collier. I respect people's time. So I am always early for appointments. Checked in 10 min early, was told they were running 20-25 min behind. No problem. I was finally escorted to a treatment room at 10:30. Was asked a couple questions. By 11 AM, still no Dr Collier so at that point I walked out. So I have no idea if Collier is good or bad. Never met him.

I can't believe how well I was taken care of. I have long standing issues that have been brushed aside. I often felt like I kept falling in the cracks with healthcare. I'd given up a few times on ever getting relief. I jad prepared stacks of previous records, then forgot them at work... I didn't need them. I didn't NEED to convince anyone. The tests were enough. I am finally going to be taken care of. Decades later... after the appointment I sat in my car crying. The emotional release of 24 years later.

Dr. was running 45 minutes late. When I arrived in the procedure room I felt rushed and I believe the procedure was over with within seven minutes. I was hoping that Dr. Collier would explain everything he was doing at the time he was doing it, but the conversation was on a different subject matter and not the procedure that he was doing. I was uncomfortable with the injections but may have been less anxious if I was told in advance, what Dr. Collier was getting ready to do. I also don’t think there was enough time for the local anesthesia to take . After the procedure I was rushed out of the procedure room, but really needed some time to talk to, Dr. Collier about post procedure protocol. But, he seemed to be in a rush to take on the next patient.

Absolutely rude!!! He came in and talked beyond fast he got up quickly and continued having a conversation while outside the doorway with the patient. This is the worst care there was no consideration of the patient, patients pain level and patients situation. He stated multiple times the patient should stop working if her physical job doesn’t allow her to work a light load. No one can just stop working if the means are not available. With the pain level the patient was in injections should’ve been the first thing done and then physical therapy. This was a waste of time and the physician has no regard for making this patients feel like they’re being listened to. His excuses was he’s behind on his patients and still kept trying to do his job outside the doorway. Absolutely ridiculous.

Frank is a good doctor. Only one thing Dr Collier could do to make him a great doctor. People always have important things they have to talk with you about but he does not give people time to bring them up. Slow down some and let people talk too.

He was nice, but only diagnosed scoliosis, after visit we went to ER at Baptist Beaches where they did a CT scan & found 3 broken vertebrae in the middle of my back. So therefore I seeking a second opinion & getting an MRI before that visit to a back surgeon.

Dr Collier is a very caring and compassionate doctor. I am pleased with the patient care I received from him. Would highly recommend him. Unfortunately my experience with his PA Paul Stienke has been horrible. He does not return phone calls or respond to emails. He treats you as an object and not a person. Obviously he doesn’t have the same patient care values as Dr Collier.

What a wonderful Dr, the best I have been to most drs I have been to lately look at my age 92 and pass me on to someone else I am out of pain today thanks to DrCollier.

Dr Collier has been an excellent and caring physician . The staff in the office seems to have no interaction. No matter who you deal with they have no understanding of what the other is doing. . Completely unorganized and appears to be self directed, almost protective of their position.. since they do Not Communicate well, it affects all of Dr Colliers Patients. If I was Not So Secure with his direction of patient care, I would never go There or recommend It to any one . My appointment was at 10:00 am but wasn't seen until after 11:00 am. I don't mind waiting for a specialist, and understand there might be staffing issues, but he reviewed a report I gave from 2 years ago I provided and had me do a range of motion stretch. Then he spent a long time talking about doing water aerobics for 6 months, and meditating. For an ongoing issue that I felt was getting much worse, with scoliosis, and degenerative disks, with not being able to sit with out pain shooting down my legs, I was dissatisfied to say the least. I do exercise when my back is not in such pain. If I do excercise when my back is worse, I end up not being able to walk without pain. No diagrams were used to show me what was wrong. He just verbally kept telling simple stuff like to not talk about what will happen next down the line once the disks degenerate further. I had to specifically ask how long and how often he wanted me to do water aerobics. Generalized try swimming, and meditate.

I like Dr Collier and I think he does a good job with the injections. When I am there for a shot, I am asking him questions and he is rushing me to get up on the table. This is my 3rd procedure with this office. This visit was horrible. The technicians were unprofessional and the doctor appeared to be annoyed. I don't think they had the correct supplies to do my procedure effectively. Again. This is my 3rd time and it was way more painful. And I felt like it was because the lack of patience and attitude. I don't normally answer these emails. But my experience was so different than it had been before.

Poor communication skills -couldn’t identify previous procedure that he had recently preformed on me Lack of professionalism -told me if the needles hurt to keep my mouth closed so I didn’t scare his other patients. He said there would be 4 sticks and there were more lack 8 without notifications for the last 4. Incompetence -Didn’t check my lumbar mobility before procedure, told me the right was causing more pain then the left lumbar region which incorrect because pain was only on at left lumbar region, and after he completed the procedure he tried to verbally convince me that it helped which it didn’t.

I’ve been seeing dr Collier for several years. His methods have given me pain relief that would not have been possible otherwise. I hate taking pills and I don’t have to because of his many procedures.

Today wasy first day seeing dr. Collier I have been in pain for weeks now with no relief and desperately seeking help. Dr.Collier actually listens to you and trys to understand where your pain is and coming from. He did give me meds for immediate relief while ordering test to see what the actual issue is. I highly recommend him.

He seemed knowledgeable but didn’t ask questions nor listen to me. He just kept feeding me details I didn’t need. I have my whole back hurting but he wasn’t interested in what I had to say about it just focused on one thing.

Never introduced during a very painful procedure. Only recognize him by this picture and the guy who helped me off the table. I have a high pain threshold this was the worst pain I’ve felt in my life. I cussed through the procedure. I don’t swear. The only thing said to me after it was done was there was scar tissue by my prior fusion. Afterwards no mention of possible side effects. No how are you feeling. I was ushered to another room handing my belongings and told I could go. Communication poor. I’m supposed to come back in a few weeks. I’m not sure I can do this again.
