I like Doctor Collier, however he does have a tendency to speak over you and not always listen to what you're saying. I find myself frustrated by it sometimes because I end up feeling dismissed and not always 100% heard. But, otherwise, he does his job well and talks to you through procedures to make sure youre comfortable.

Just always feel rushed out of the procedure room once procedure is completed .

I’m a 71 years old male, reasonably intelligent. I have never been treated in such a cavalier manner by a doctor much less a “specialist”. This man’s manner is arrogance personified. Answers to my questions were “Why do you want to know” or “You don’t need to know.” I could go on but suffice it to say that as a caregiver his manner on my initial and only visit was repulsive as opposed to informative and caring. Did not dignify me an a thinking person nor provide any incentive to trust him to provide skillful direction. He took no time to get to know me but proceeded on a diatribe to espouse his deep insight and critique on who I am. To use a colloquial expression “he is full of himself”.

He’s the best. Been going to Dr. Collier for years and he helps me every time.

Never met Dr Collier. I respect people's time. So I am always early for appointments. Checked in 10 min early, was told they were running 20-25 min behind. No problem. I was finally escorted to a treatment room at 10:30. Was asked a couple questions. By 11 AM, still no Dr Collier so at that point I walked out. So I have no idea if Collier is good or bad. Never met him.

I can't believe how well I was taken care of. I have long standing issues that have been brushed aside. I often felt like I kept falling in the cracks with healthcare. I'd given up a few times on ever getting relief. I jad prepared stacks of previous records, then forgot them at work... I didn't need them. I didn't NEED to convince anyone. The tests were enough. I am finally going to be taken care of. Decades later... after the appointment I sat in my car crying. The emotional release of 24 years later.

Dr. was running 45 minutes late. When I arrived in the procedure room I felt rushed and I believe the procedure was over with within seven minutes. I was hoping that Dr. Collier would explain everything he was doing at the time he was doing it, but the conversation was on a different subject matter and not the procedure that he was doing. I was uncomfortable with the injections but may have been less anxious if I was told in advance, what Dr. Collier was getting ready to do. I also don’t think there was enough time for the local anesthesia to take . After the procedure I was rushed out of the procedure room, but really needed some time to talk to, Dr. Collier about post procedure protocol. But, he seemed to be in a rush to take on the next patient.

Absolutely rude!!! He came in and talked beyond fast he got up quickly and continued having a conversation while outside the doorway with the patient. This is the worst care there was no consideration of the patient, patients pain level and patients situation. He stated multiple times the patient should stop working if her physical job doesn’t allow her to work a light load. No one can just stop working if the means are not available. With the pain level the patient was in injections should’ve been the first thing done and then physical therapy. This was a waste of time and the physician has no regard for making this patients feel like they’re being listened to. His excuses was he’s behind on his patients and still kept trying to do his job outside the doorway. Absolutely ridiculous.

He has been successful in lessening my pain and discomfort. No pain meds.

He was nice, but only diagnosed scoliosis, after visit we went to ER at Baptist Beaches where they did a CT scan & found 3 broken vertebrae in the middle of my back. So therefore I seeking a second opinion & getting an MRI before that visit to a back surgeon.

Dr Collier is a very caring and compassionate doctor. I am pleased with the patient care I received from him. Would highly recommend him. Unfortunately my experience with his PA Paul Stienke has been horrible. He does not return phone calls or respond to emails. He treats you as an object and not a person. Obviously he doesn’t have the same patient care values as Dr Collier.

Completely unorganized and appears to be self directed, almost protective of their position.. since they do Not Communicate well, it affects all of Dr Colliers Patients. My appointment was at 10:00 am but wasn't seen until after 11:00 am. I don't mind waiting for a specialist, and understand there might be staffing issues, but he reviewed a report I gave from 2 years ago I provided and had me do a range of motion stretch. Then he spent a long time talking about doing water aerobics for 6 months, and meditating. For an ongoing issue that I felt was getting much worse, with scoliosis, and degenerative disks, with not being able to sit with out pain shooting down my legs, I was dissatisfied to say the least. I do exercise when my back is not in such pain. If I do excercise when my back is worse, I end up not being able to walk without pain. No diagrams were used to show me what was wrong. He just verbally kept telling simple stuff like to not talk about what will happen next down the line once the disks degenerate further. I had to specifically ask how long and how often he wanted me to do water aerobics. Generalized try swimming, and meditate.
