Dr. Francisco Pabalan completed his Ophthalmology specialty training at the University of Iowa Hospitals and Clinics, after receiving his Medical degree from Albany Medical College in Albany, New York. He served the military for four years as Staff Ophthalmologist in the US Air Force at March AFB, CA, then opened the first full time private Ophthalmology practice in Moreno Valley, CA in 1990.
