4 Star, from decor to service and expertise

Today’s visit was a very nice experience! Dr. Castillos and his staff gave me more information than I have ever received before. And…what a happy place your office is! Your little dog was a nice surprise!

Doctor and nurse we’re nice but the office had a dog randomly walking around. The dog barked at a patient in the lobby and then while I was in the lab after a blood draw, someone came in and put the dog in the counter!!!!! She picked it up and placed it right under the no eating or drinking sign. When I asked her is it should be there because it was dog and weird, she states to me that it’s a service dog. I said it doesn’t matter, it’s on the counter in the lab. I don’t think it should be there. She then moved it and went to talk about me to the other nurse. I heard my nurse tell her I don’t like dogs. Not sanitary.

Listen - The love and Medical Care is absolutely amazing. Like being home away from home but having the expertise of Medical professionals. Just set an appointment and see for yourself.

This was my first time meeting Dr. Castillos and his staff. I was extremely please with everything about his practice, the office environment was extremely clean and inviting. The entire staff were friendly and approachable, very helpful. As for Dr. Castillos, he was warm, friendly, knowledgeable. He explained everything to me in a language that I understand and answered all of my questions, fully and with patience.

OMG! As a woman I often dismiss lots of symptoms and changes to my normal. I am very grateful for Dr. C, Who ran the full gamut of blood work to determine that my iron levels were extremely low as well as having Lyme disease. I didn’t even realize how bad I felt until he got me feeling better! I’m am forever thankful for his skills and wonderful bedside manner! He took great care in explaining everything to me and used all his experiences and education to piece me back together. You can tell that he cares by the culture he’s developed with his staff as well.

They are awesome to work with. I continue to go to them since I moved. They are worth it.

Great Dr who cares about his patient's wellbeing

My first time here asI was recently referred by my neurologist. The whole staff is wonderful and put my fears and worries at bay. I wish I started my treatment here rather than Duke. Although I wish I didn't have to be there, i'm glad I am now under their care.

I am very impressed with the amount of customer service that Dr Castillos office gives! I left REX Oncology & Hematology because their lack of and entered a office where you actually matter!! Got me for life!!
