Come to find out Dr Buckman diagnosed me properly!!!!! I’m sad I got cluster headaches but so happy to know why all this has been happening for so long!! It gives me so much relief to know why. I go back for some allergy testing. But for real, I trust Dr Buckman with my very complicated history, he’s very good!!!! I’m so impressed!

Never got to see the Dr. Arrived at office at 8:00 for 8:30 appointment. Lobby and office empty. Waited for someone to come to office window. Short time later someone came. Said I was too late for my appointment would have to reschedule for another month. No amount of pleading would change her mind. I was verbally thrown out of this office. I still can’t believe this happened.

We met Dr. Buckman for the first time in the hospital. He had an amazing bedside manner, was very professional and explained everything in detail that he would be doing during the procedure. He had a great deal of patience and answered every question that we asked . He saw my husband during two follow-up visits and made sure he was healed before he released him. We truly believe that God led him to us to take care of my husband’s situation! Thank you Dr. Buckman for all you did!!

Everything was great except for the medical student that was assisting, when he put the instrument in my ear, he pushed too far and hurt the inside of my ear. I wasn't given a chance to let anyone know that this happened, other than to tell the medical student that he hurt my ear.

Dr. Buckman is by far one of the best doctors I have ever seen. He is relentless in figuring out what is going on with you, and if you have something chronic going on, he and his staff will find a way to fit you in ASAP. Debbie (the nurse), who works directly with him, is absolutely amazing too. If you ever need an ENT, Dr. Buckman & Debbie are the way to go. I would highly recommend anyone trying to get him as your ENT, especially if you have chronic, on-going issues.
