Dr. Francis Buckman attended Vanderbilt University for his undergraduate studies and then went on to Medical School at Temple University. Dr. Buckman obtained his training in Otolaryngology/ Head and Neck Surgery at Walter Reed Army Medical Center and Bethesda Naval Hospital. After residency, he served as the Chief of Otolaryngology/ Head Neck Surgery at General Leonard Wood Army Community Hospital in Missouri. Dr. Buckman is board certified in Otolaryngology-Head and Neck Surgery, and he has been practicing in the Fredericksburg area since 2010. Dr. Buckman lives in Stafford with his wife and three daughters.

I am a new patient and I found Dr. Buckman to be kind, knowledgeable, and thorough. I appreciated his explanations of why and am grateful to learn more about the sources of my hearing, breathing, & allergy symptoms that have been plaguing me for years. I am hopeful for improved hearing & breathing after my experience w/Dr. Buckman.

I really enjoyed seeing Dr Buckman and his staff. I have been to prob 20 doctors who could not figure out what’s wrong with me. Dr Buckman took a good history and scoped my sinuses. Come to find out Dr Buckman diagnosed me properly!!!!! I’m sad I got cluster headaches but so happy to know why all this has been happening for so long!! It gives me so much relief to know why. I go back for some allergy testing. But for real, I trust Dr Buckman with my very complicated history, he’s very good!!!! I’m so impressed!
