Dr. Francis Buckman attended Vanderbilt University for his undergraduate studies and then went on to Medical School at Temple University. Dr. Buckman obtained his training in Otolaryngology/ Head and Neck Surgery at Walter Reed Army Medical Center and Bethesda Naval Hospital. After residency, he served as the Chief of Otolaryngology/ Head Neck Surgery at General Leonard Wood Army Community Hospital in Missouri. Dr. Buckman is board certified in Otolaryngology-Head and Neck Surgery, and he has been practicing in the Fredericksburg area since 2010. Dr. Buckman lives in Stafford with his wife and three daughters.

He was very thorough and answered every question I had.
Dr. Buckman is the best doctor for my eent needs around. He has a terrific professional bedside manner, thorough, exam, speaks kindly to me, and is so concerned. I just hope he never quits or I will go to his house and see him in his garage for a visit.
