Dr Thadepalli was very engaging, asked a lot of questions & and was a very good listener. He provided some very good advice on our very first appointment.

Time is one of the greatest gifts a doctor can give a patient. With Dr. Thadepalli, there was no rush, no computer-centric conversation. He is a good listener and gives you all the time you need.

I am the caregiver for a relative with some serious health issues,. I was searching for a primary care physician and We met with Dr. T. who highly impressed me on our first visit, as he sat down, made really good eye contact (doctors who only stand make me feel like they don’t have enough time due to patient overloading , they’re ready to jump out of the room ) Dr T was I rushed and very thoughtful, and well aware of the patient history and had insightful questions during our examination. Our case was complicated. There are many things to go over and yet , We never felt rushed we felt he was compassionate and knowledgeable. He made us feel welcome and thoughtfully cared for.

Exceptional

Medical care was professional as expected. But if there’s a negative, it’s the uncoordinated records keeping within the office and inter office. Examples: I fill out a long check-in form days before my appointment with details about medical conditions, medications, family history, but the medical assistant doesn’t find any record of it during the appointment. The specialist office sends a work order to the primary care office, which called me to set up an appointment, but at the appointment, there’s no record of that originating work order. There appears to be no automatic sharing of medical records or test results among the involved providers (PCP, specialist, surgical center). These look to be either system glitches or front office lapses.
