Had to wait 80 minutes past my appointment time for him to come in. Then he hadn't even looked at my chart and was asking what my BP was and if I was on BP meds. He prescribes my BP meds. It felt impersonal. I realize he sees so many patients, but I would like to feel that he has some knowledge of my conditions before he comes in. This is not the 1st time I have had to wait extended times for him to come in. Overall I like Dr. Ruiz, he is very knowledgeable and the visit is never rushed. Please do better on scheduling appointments.
