I felt relief that alot of my concerns were answered in my appointment with Dr Ortiz. He was very attentive, knowledgeable, observant, reassuring and most of all he listened. He explained my Plan of Care in detail. Plus, the "bedside manner" was a 10/10. I'm so happy with my choice to become his new patient.

Over the phone is a great way to meet with the Doctor. More relaxing.

Dr Ortiz was very professional and kind. He gave me a prescription but now I’m very confused and can’t seem to get an answer. I spoke to someone in pharmacy and she was going to help. That was yesterday. I’ll try again.

After my procedure today I realized it's more serious and that my surgery will be done at the hospital I am hopeful that everything will work out and I will be able to feel better again see you on the 28th
