Dr. Fernandez is professional yet caring - he answered my questions and showed genuine concern about my recovery
Friendly greeting entering the room. Took time with me, and answered all my questions and concerns.
Picked right up where dr Dillon left me upon retirement. Great listens like alot.
Very professional and personable.
Clear explanations and recommendations.
Dr Ortiz was most cordial and professional taking time to fully explain issues and answer questions. I always feel he has my care and wellbeing at heart.
Dr Ortiz was great. He covered several different things with me. There was a bit of confusion because I was actually supposed to see a vascular surgeon and not a cardiologist but the video went well and it was informative.
I still have dizziness, something new and recent seemed to be a pulled muscle under my right breast all the way around through the back. I have seen the v a doctor about that one. Still have the shortness of breath and have been experiencing the extreme fatigue for quite a while as documented.. I have had nausea for a smile and stop. Just showing a bombing on occasions. Within the last two or three months. I did make doctor aware that I have sleep apnea, but I have had sleep apnea for quite a few years. He wanted me to exercise some and walk but but I feel totally out of energy on the least of exercising conditions. When we talked, it's almost like he does not believe me.Just like when I first came to yall's office. But I chose your office instead of using the v.A facility for the heart catheter event. He is genuinely a nice man but I feel he needs too not prejudge the patient. I greatly appreciate him going these tents in when his own partner of front did not believe there was anythin
Dr.Ortiz was very professional and I look forward to having him as my cardiologist.
He made sure I knew what was going to happen. And he put my fears to rest and listen to me.
