I was there early, and the staff did not inform me the doctor had an emergency at the hospital. Therefore, 45 minutes later I asked and that’s when I was informed. I left angry as I had not been informed. Later, the doctor himself called and apologized profusely, which led me to understand his situation. He made me believe once again and he advised that the situation should never had been that way. Staff needs to be there for their doctors and have their back. Just like paralegals have the attorneys back. Dr. Ortiz is truly a professional in ever sense of the word.
