Hello, Mr Director,
Today I Perlita Hernandez, was a patient of Doctor Ferdinand Magno. I went in with an achy body, throat bothering and what I thought was a boil on my vagina.
This is what happened in the exam room. I was sitting on the exam table. The doctor then started listening to my heart with a stethoscope. Then he placed it right on my breast over my bra.
For the exam, he said ok go ahead and show me where the boil is. That made me feel uncomfortable cause I didn’t know what to do. So I laid back on the exam table, unbuttoned my skirt, lowered it then I lowered my underwear. He then examined. His nurse was in there and she didn’t say anything. She just smiled. He also gave himself permission to grab a book I took with me and opened it and looked inside.
