I was seen right on time for my appointment so no waiting. Dr.Dastgir was friendly and explained the results of my test thoroughly and patiently answered all my questions.
Dr. Farooque Dastgir joined our practice in July 2009. He completed his Gastroenterology Fellowship at Long Island College Hospital in NY and Residency in Internal Medicine at The University of Florida College of Medicine, Shands Hospital in Gainesville, FL. He is board-certified in Gastroenterology and Internal Medicine. Dr. Dastgir specializes in inflammatory bowel disease, hepatitis, GERD, GI problems and bowel disorders, colon cancer screenings, liver and pancreas disorders
Dr. Dastgir is welcoming new patients and he has hospital privileges at Brandon Regional Hospital, South Bay Hospital, Brandon Surgery Center, Tampa General Hospital, and St. Joseph’s Hospital-South.
