I have heard many people complain that no one ever answers the phone when they call. This is true, but the reason is so that the staff can focus their attention on keeping the schedule on time. Anywhere you go you will always wait a minimum of an hour to get seen, but with Dr Kokash you we be in and out within an hour. To me, making the drive to his office to reschedule an appointment is worth it because it means the day we do go, his staff and his attention is focused entirely on us. I am very grateful to have him in charge of my daughter’s care.

I started going to this doctor since my baby was born back on 2022. He was born with seizures and convulsions. Dr. Kokash saw him in the hospital. No one could stop his seizures at the time! This doctor came in ordered an EEG and EKG and he right away knew what medication to give him! Since then my baby has had his seizures controlled! You go into his office with an appointment and there’s literally no wait time! I totally love it here! Excellent doctor! Highly recommend him!

He’s a good doc I like how he knows when something is wrong with the kids or when there doin a non normal behavior he will send u to a genetic specialist

Dr. Kokash gave the worst experience a parent can expect when trying to find out what is wrong with your child. He told me that my PCP was crazy and that he wouldn’t help us test our son for anything. As a parent this is outrageous because we have to be referred in order to see a specialist. We traveled 2 hours to see him and was ran off in less than 5 minutes he Opened the door and asked us to leave. I was left unattended, called crazy, and my child still has a problem.

very rude. First time being at the practice for my son as a patient. Disrespectful and when asked why he was being rude said he had a throat infection. Then said you can find another neuro.

Worst doctor EVER! Didn’t even check my daughter, told him my daughter had 3-4 seizures a day and he told me she was okay. WHEN SHES NOT OKAY. Stood at the door the whole time and didn’t even physically examen my daughter. He was in a rush to leave and didn’t answer my concerns whatsoever. The worst experience, I will not be back.

He doesn't even tell us hes done with the appointment he just leaves leaving us in the room.

Doctor doesn’t ask enough questions or communicate with parent of child. Doesn’t get to know the patient and just gets to the point and leaves.

I would’ve liked for him to interact more with me & my daughter, give me a little more information on the diagnosis he gave my daughter and educate me more on the situation.

I was a little worried about taking my 9 month old here since she is a baby but it was all a very fast process. Everyone there was nice and helpful with my baby.
