Office visit well managed. Nurse Practitioner reviewed history of non-acute presenting problem, sought my input, addressed common treatment. Provided online source requested. Doctor reviewed history and treatment plan and reviewed symptoms and when to seek further treatment. Brief but helpful. Courteous, helpful.
