Dr. Preuss has a great smile and made me feel at ease immediately. He presented my diagnosis in a way I could understand it. He discussed each of my treatment options throughly. He is caring, knowledgeable, experienced and confident. I know I am in good hands.

He didn't even feel, or try to figure out, where the pain was coming from. I have been a sports therapist and I know the body. I know my 20 year injury. He focused on my rotator cuff when I kept saying, thats NOT the stem of the pain. Its here here and here. He didn't listen. I've been fighting this injury for 20 years more than his 4 minutes with me. He wasn't listening at all. Im sure it's because of my weight, I also said, I've gained a lot of weight with perimenopause, he said "It'll be worse with menopause " sir. I am a crane operator, I drive semitrucks and train horses, am a caregiver for a mom that doesn't walk. Its not my weight. Its an injury. The 6 months physical therapy i cannot afford because I cant work with this injury, isn't going to help nor can I pay for 6 months of therapy when every few years thats all I have done for years over and over for this. Sorry bout my weight. If I can still keep up in the construction world with all men, I'm pretty sure I'm not lazy.
