I had an excellent experience with Dr. Preuss. From the very beginning, he took the time to listen to me and thoroughly explain what was happening with my shoulder. I never felt rushed or like I was just another patient. He explained my diagnosis, the imaging, and my treatment options in a way that was easy to understand, and he made sure I understood what was going on before moving forward. I really appreciated his patience and the time he spent answering all of my questions.

He explained to me what was going on and what my options were and left it up to me he did what I asked. He did a good job. Thank you Dr Preuss

I felt rushed through my visit. I feel the doctor did a good examination but was to quick telling me the diagnosis and what treatment that possibly be helpful for my issues. I will seek another opinion in the coming weeks if I do not get better.
