I was very pleased to be able to see Dr. Simonson on short notice. X-Rays were taken of my foot with no apparent break. Diagnosis is stress fracture. Recommendation is to wear a boot for about one month. That diagnosis seems reasonable to me. Dr. Simonson seemed thorough in manipulating my foot and my doctor/patient experience did not seem rushed. Dr. Simonson was helpful and kind. The only improvement would be would be to list the type of injection I need to request listed on the medical information sheet I took home. I have don't know if the injection is cortisone or a steroid or what.
