The doctor was arrogant and dismissive from the start. I explained I had a varicocele and he brushed it off, saying many people live with that pain. His exam was extremely rough—more painful than any I've had before. I told him it hurt, but he didn’t adjust. He said it wasn’t a varicocele because he didn’t feel it, ignoring the four ultrasounds I’ve had confirming it. He refused to consider them and just prescribed a pill, saying to come back in two months. He interrupted me constantly, wouldn’t let me speak, and stood near the door as if rushing me out. The translator didn’t fully translate and even said he "always talks like that," justifying his rude behavior. I left without the prescription—I can’t trust someone so unprofessional and lacking empathy. I work in construction and live in pain every day. No patient deserves that treatment. I hope someone addresses this.
