Dr Vapnek was thorough in his explanation of the procedure and set the expectations of what he was going to do as well as what I was supposed to do. I had no doubt of what the procedure was going to entail. The process was almost painless and quick.

Waited in the exam room 25 minutes. Watched dr walk by room numerous times before coming in, no mention of being late, no apology. After rectal exam did not offer any way to clean up the mess he made on my butthole. Had to stop into the restroom to clean up. Why do so many doctors act with such arrogance, especially the ones in this field?

He explained everything that was going on and what he wanted to do and the probable effects. I felt much better after it was all explained to me.
