Overall we have a very good experience. However, when calling to schedule an appointment the receptionist speaks with a condescending tone and is not actively listening. I’m aware of the facility is short staffed, please hire more staff, so their overall work load is better distributed. Hopefully this will alleviate their stress level.

first time visit felt very rushed and impersonal. However, the PA was absolutely wonderful and the X-Ray Technician fabulous.

After x-rays were taken he knew just what to do and say and prescribe. After a visit to nyack hospital the evening before it was a waste of my time and money no x-ray no nothing they sent me home with a cold pack I have a cracked rib.
