Doctor was helpful wanted to do injection every 4 months Would not give an injection after 3 months. I was in pain and he decided to write a script for pain tablets. I never want to see this doctor again. Not supportive of me not having a shoulder No Rotator cuff
Just exceptional.
Dr. Crain and his team provide excellent care. The First State Surgical Center is staffed with pleasant, professional, respectful, and kind people. Jo at the reception desk is welcoming and calming. The nursing and anesthesia personnel speak clearly and make sure everything about the procedure and recovery is thoroughly explained. I received a follow up call the day after surgery from a nurse who reviewed my progress and offered encouragement. I appreciate Dr. Craig’s expertise and the culture he has created with his staff- all to benefit patient care and positive outcomes. Thank you.
I truly liked his bedside manner. He walked in the room with a smile and made me feel very comfortable. That makes a big difference. A doctor should always come in cheerful and happy. It makes their patient feel more comfortable. Thank you Dr Crain.
