He doesn’t deserve to have the title Dr.. he is unreachable and one is passed off to assistance. Results are never called into the patient in a timely manner and in fact the entire office of Heart Specialist needs to be re-organizing giving patience a calm environment to arrive in, dedicated service by physicians and a comfortable place to wait while checking out instead of forced to stand in the hallway. I had no choice but to put one star because it doesn’t allow zero stars

My husband and I both see Doctor Caruso. He spends time with us and does Not rush the visit. We feel confident in his advice and are thankful to have him as our cardiologist.

Dr. Evan Caruso, M.D., FACC, obtained his medical degree from Tufts University School of Medicine in 2015. He completed his Internal Medicine training at Thomas Jefferson University Hospital from 2015 to 2018, accompanied by a focus in Medical Education. He went on to complete his fellowship in Cardiovascular Disease at Cooper University Hospital in 2021 and his advanced sub-specialty fellowship in Interventional Cardiology at Brown University in 2022.
Dr. Caruso is Board Certified by the American Board of Internal Medicine in Internal Medicine, Cardiovascular Diseases, Adult Echocardiography, and Nuclear Cardiology. He is board-eligible in Interventional Cardiology.
Dr. Caruso specializes in all aspects of cardiology with a particular interest in coronary and structural interventions, cardiogenic shock, and advanced mechanical circulatory support. In his spare time, Dr. Caruso enjoys golfing, exercising with his Labrador retriever, and traveling with friends and family, most recently to Bora Bora for his honeymoon. He is an avid hockey and football fan. He lives in Sarasota with his wife, Karley, and their two dogs.
