Dr Carlos does a wonderful job of explaining the importance of the procedure to patients as well as being empathetic to the worry and anticipation of said procedures. He is not only kind but very knowledgeable about urology best practices.

It was a nightmare trying to get seen at your practice. After being on hold for one hour and two minutes the closest appointment time you had was 7 1/2 weeks later, all the while passing kidney stones and having bright red urine. Someone at the practice saw my CT scan and decided that I shouldn’t wait that long to be seen so they called and had me see Bianca three weeks later. She reccomended a surgical procedure and sent my chart to scheduling.TEN days later, somebody finally called me and the first available opening was in the beginning of June. I started calling every morning to see if there was a cancellation and on the third morning I was informed that there was for the next day. So since I started trying to get an appt at your office I first called on March 22 and finally had my surgery on May29.
