Dr. Vining is the Associate Chief of Otorhinolaryngology at Yale New Haven Hospital and an Assistant Professor in the Department of Surgery, Section of Otorhinolaryngology at Yale University School of Medicine. She is board-certified by the American Board of Otolaryngology and is a Diplomat of the National Board of Medical Examiners. She is Past-President of the Medical Board of Yale New Haven Hospital (2018-2020) The Connecticut State Ear, Nose, and Throat Society (2006,) and currently is serving her second term on the Board of Trustees of Yale New Haven Hospital (2020-present.) At Yale New Haven Hospital she is currently serving on the Credentials Committee, Patient Safety and Clinical Quality Committee, and Late Career Practitioner Committee. She is an active member of the American Rhinologic Society , The North American Skull Base Society, and the American College of Surgeons.
