He needs to explain to patients so that they understand what he is talking about. He treats patients like he can’t be bothered with them. Otherwise he is an excellent doctor. But twice I walked out frustrated even though i felt that he knew what he was doing.

Sitting in the packed waiting room, the person sitting next to us mentioned Dr. Chang was brutal. He was absolutely right. He wasn't compassionate at all.
Dr. Chang just rubbed me the wrong way. Benefit of the doubt, he seemed very intelligent.

Very informative but made excuses for the two hour wait and blamed it on medical.
