The doctor was very blunt and came across as rude during the appointment. While honesty is important, the delivery lacked empathy and respect. A more compassionate and professional approach would make patients feel more comfortable and supported.

He’s a bit rude. He could’ve told me the situation in a nicer manner but it kind of felt like he was blaming me for what was going on in my life as if I could’ve controlled it. He said “Don’t do this to yourself” to me as if I wanted this to happen to me. I had so much going on in my life and genuinely had no time. I also had wished my previous visit, the doctor would be more urgent with this matter because now it’s quite irreversible. You guys need more sense of urgency because this wouldn’t have happened if I had known the outcome of this. Be better and be nice to your patients. I understand where he was coming from though.
