Dr Bortnicker is the first Dr who has greatly improved my quality of life through his treatments. I suffered for years with treatments that didn’t improve my symptoms. Dr Bortnicker has provided me with so much relief and control of my symptoms that I am eating, exercising and feeling great.

I saw him for maybe 2 min for him to say very abruptly almost rude because of my insurance it will be 4-5 months before I can have my procedure done! And none of the therapy that the very sweet nurse practitioner spoke of was covered by my insurance gave me no other help. No other ideas to get help was kind of rude and just told me that they would call me in a few months and let me know when they can get me in.

He's my hero! I recently had an emergency dealing with my feeding tube. The doctor that I saw put in a balloon type which, in 17 years of being on a tube, I've never used. It was horrible, caused almost constant pain, and didn't work at all for the way I use it to eat. I called Dr Bortniker's office, talked to a nurse about my situation and was in there 5 days later getting it changed back to the type I've had. Pain is gone and I'm comfortably able to eat.
Highly recommend this doctor and his staff!
