I recently had a colonoscopy with Dr. Bortniker and his team, and I can’t say enough good things about the entire experience. From the moment I arrived, the office staff made me feel welcome, cared for, and completely at ease. I was nervous and honestly a bit terrified going in, but the nurses and Dr. Bortniker went above and beyond to reassure me, answer my questions, and treat me with such kindness and respect.
Their bedside manner was absolutely wonderful—warm, compassionate, and professional. I never once felt like “just another patient.” Instead, I felt truly cared for every step of the way. The entire team works together so seamlessly, and the level of comfort they provide is outstanding.
It’s rare to find a medical practice where every person, from front desk to doctor, makes you feel like you matter. This is an exceptional organization, and I am deeply grateful for the care I received.

This was my first colonoscopy. I had met with two other doctors before and did not go through with the procedure. After meeting Dr Borrniker, I felt incredibly welcomed, comfortable and safe. Highly recommend!
