My appointment was scheduled for 10am. I checked in at 9:55, paid my copay and sat in the waiting room. There was 1 other patient already sitting when I sat down. That other patient was called to his appointment approximately 10 minutes later. I was the only patient in the chairs until 10:21. That’s when I checked my watch. After a few more patients came in, I eventually went to the front desk at 10:29, yes THIRTY minutes later! I asked how much longer since my appointment was at 10am. The front desk girl said, “Let me ask the nurse and see.” Approximately 3 minutes later called my name and that nurse said to go to room 6, pointed to a chair and said have a seat. I then waited another 20 minutes until the Doctor finally came in. Having to wait for an HOUR is completely unacceptable. There was never a mention of how busy we are or sorry for the delay or the doctor will be with you as soon as possible.
