Waiting in the office too long 90 minutes

Dr Ernest Handled the emergency with a good solution.
Friendly staff and professional
Dr. Agatstein is very thorough I'm happy with my care.
I waited over an hour and no one let me know about his lateness. He came in the room and just looked at his laptop. He didn’t know who I was. There was no interaction at all. He examined my prostate. After he was done he threw a box of tissues on the table, said he would see me in 6 months and left. He didn’t even close the door. I had to schedule my next appointment and tell the staff what test I needed. He was with me for about 5 minutes with not much being said. I’m disappointed and angry.
He is a brilliant doctor. I am so glad that I am being taken care of by such a bright urologist.
Good to the and to the point
Overheard what sounded like an argument between Dr. and staff member, through closed door of examining room. Drs. voice sounded loud and demanding. Drs. door was left open, the door on the exam room across the hall was closed.
