Was left waiting in the room for 40 minutes. Appointment at 1030 and finally was seen at noon. As far as I could tell there was only one other patient the entire time I was there. No respect for patient time. However, 3 stars for pleasant Attitude and staff.

I left because I just couldn't wait any longer and THEY called me about a telephone consult. I guess I should have asked if I was going to be charge a co-pay TWICE. Also wondered why I war charged at all when other office are not charging me because I've met my out of pocket. SMH

She listened to my history, asked pertinent questions, and thoroughly explained things in a way that made sense and connected dots. Her personality is professional and personable; she is a great communicator. There was no point at which I felt rushed by her. While in the office, I had a potentially serious issue after testing and was attended to with the proper care and instructions for follow-up. I'm glad I followed my instinct and chose this office, and Dr. Gardner specifically.
