Impressed with expertise

Had mass confusion on getting papers for getting cpap equipment as no explanation by dr of reason non compliant since machine had blue hard and cold air into nose Keith sinus issue and couldn’t sleep. Oxymed no help and was a year before get new sleep study. I now am having to pay out of pocket for machine and attachments got one and sleeping but wake up with dent in nose that is looking permanent if loosen air escapes . Dr Gilly hasn’t been there last visits and she understands I have other issues . So I’m not getting her assistance either. I need records sent to Bernstein lawyers since the Phillips was recalled. In relation to my condition . ASAP they were calling to request again and you have my permission to give them what they need . Thank you

Very impressed with Dr. Ozgun and staff but truly hated the excessive wait time. My appointment was for 1:00 and it was 2:45 before personally seeing him. I was scheduled 30 minutes prior for x-ray and breathing test which obviously was not near long enough of a time frame. This desperately needs to be addressed.
