Gentle, professional, thorough

Dr. Kevern is always easy to talk to and extremely concerned about the comfort and progress of her patients. My recent Inspire surgery was performed with no issues and minimal pain and swelling. I trust her and highly recommend her.

Dr. Kevern was knowledgeable, polite, and easy to talk to. She took the time to investigate my symptoms thoroughly and show me the data from my tests.

Not at all impressed by Dr Kevern. My daughter was referred to her for ear issues and her office was problematic from the beginning. Their scheduling and triage team never respond and I had to call multiple times to schedule and get clinical help and just gave up and went to a different ENT. Dr Kevern was running late each time we went there and she was pleasant but her personality was offputting and her recommendations seemed like she tells everyone the same thing - to get surgery. She giggled inappropriately and it made me not trust her at all. Definitely not recommending her to anyone I know (although I've heard great things about Dr. Taylor, her colleague). In addition, her assistant (a younger male) was very awkward and inappropriate with my daughter (when I asked where the restroom was, he bent down and asked my 3 year old if she needed to go pee pee).

First time appointment with her for my son was great and made me fell calmed and not to worry, she is great with kid's First time meeting...thank you...

Dr Kevern is exceptional in every way. Im so thankful she is my surgeon/doctor!

Had difficulty breathing from my nose and mouth and wanted medical documentation for it. She refused to provide it because I could "breathe through my mouth", even though I said multiple times I had a problem doing that too. Seems like she just didn't want to spend more than a few minutes looking into my issue that day. Also asked if I was on coke. Do I have to take a polygraph test to prove my nasal issues aren't due to drug abuse? I will if I do!

I’ve been seen before by a different provider, but I felt this doctor was very knowledgeable and explained everything very clearly. She even scheduled a follow up which I feel is rare in healthcare nowadays.
