Erin Kevern, D.O.

Dr. Erin Kevern, D.O. is a board-certified Otolaryngologist and Head & Neck surgeon in Grand Rapids, Michigan. She grew up just north of town in a small fifth generation apple farming community.

She graduated from the University of Michigan earning her Bachelor’s of Science in Kinesiology and Movement Science. She then attended medical school at Michigan State University College of Osteopathic Medicine in Detroit.

After graduation, Dr. Kevern completed her residency at Metro Health – University of Michigan Health. She then grew a busy and progressive Otolaryngology practice in Indiana for five fulfilling years before returning home to Grand Rapids Ear Nose and Throat.

Dr Kevern loves seeing all ages from infants to adults. She specializes in thyroid surgery, voice surgery, nasal and sinus surgery, head and neck tumors, facial plastics, ear tubes, tonsillectomy and Inspire implantation. She readily adapts to the newest procedures and technology and keeps the patient at the center of her medical care. She works to develop individualized treatment plans and encourages patients to be highly involved in their health and recovery.

Spending her younger years working on the apple farm, Dr Kevern can relate to everyone in some way. When she is not healing patients, she can be found running, traveling with her husband and spending time with her two rambunctious children and large extended family.
