I received great communication during my visit from nursing staff, accounting, lab staff and Dr. Hekmatpour. She listened to my concern's and ran the appropriate test. I’m very happy with my patient experience. However, I have a small suggestion that check in online should eliminate most paperwork upon arrival in the office. I was surprised to fill out similar paperwork once I checked in. Outside of that I had a good visit.

She is absolutely wonderful. Unlike so many doctors I've been to she actually listens and ask questions so she understands what's going on she doesn't just assume she knows what's wrong and prescribes whatever for it. I feel very blessed that I found her!

Really great visit. Dr. Erin addressed each of my questions, suggested viable alternatives when appropriate. Even found me in the lab to address one request I mentioned to the nurse before our meeting. I feel really optimistic about about this plan.

Dr. Hekmatpour is very thorough, doesn’t rush in/rush out of the visit, doesn’t over prescribe any meds. Most of all, she maintains eye contact and listens to what I have to say. She even follows up after the visit…a great PCP!
