I was not seen because they do not accept my insurance as primary. This is no reason for a 3. They got the 3 because I filled out the pre visit paperwork which asked for insurance, and I was not informed that it was not accepted until I drove into the office. RUDE!

Doctor met me with lot of energy and enthusiasm that instantly cheered me up. He spoke to me about the cause of my pain and suggested me Physical therapy. He offered me to ask my questions which I did. I am really happy with the treatment.

I really liked his warm personality and straight forward approach. I like a guy who gives it to you straight!

Check in and out experiences had some challengers. The person gave me the wrong fellow up info and she did not want to listen when it was brought to her attention.
