Wonderful care provider, patient, understanding and courteous.
Had an 11:00 a.m. appointment for my monthly INR check up. I waited nearly an hour for something that shouldn't take more than 5-10 minutes including any change in prescription by the doctor. The other issue, not enough handicap parking close to the building. I have difficulty walking and have to sometimes park down at the salon across from the clinic. Thank you, for your attention to this matter.
